Weekly rentals from Father’s Day through Labor Day: Check in Monday after 1 p.m. at a mutually agreed time, so we can greet you. Check out Sunday evening as late as you wish.

Weekly rentals the rest of the year: Any seven days, six nights, with check-in after 1 p.m. or as otherwise agreed. Check out on the seventh day as late as you wish. Shorter or longer stays are possible, with a two-night minimum.

Weekend or other two-night rentals: Check in on arrival day after 1 p.m. or at a mutually agreed time, so we can greet you. Check out on departure day as late as you wish.

* When a U.S. holiday falls on a Monday, a weekly rental that normally would commence on Monday will instead start on Tuesday at noon, and the price will be lowered accordingly. Those booking a stay that ends during a three-day weekend may add Sunday night for an extra charge.
